You must be quiet for some, I just wanted to show that there was a version of exploitable minis.
By the way, I just made a new version of the entire map of the Zaishen Menagerie, check it out!

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Hound of Balthazar was a possible new mini.

Why did they bother to make 7th birthday presents stackable?
What possible purpose could this serve?
Are we all going to have so many 7th birthday presents, that we need to stack them?!
The mind boggles.
Perhaps they're going to rain from the sky in some kind of 7th birthday finale event.

this may just be something i mixed together in my head that make no sense what-so-ever but isnt it usually the case that bday presents dont give out new things till the actual date on the 28th or am i Potato.

They did twitter that a lot of the new presents are old ones, but not just the common ones. They're going to possibly be the mini panda or other sorts. And it does state the same on gw wiki, maybe not specifically the panda (although in their twitter they announced it *could* be the panda), but they did say some might be the rare minis. We can only interpret what that means.

It was a couple days back, twittered by Guild Wars, either on Monday or Tuesday.

I only have one 6th year spawned after the 7th ones started appearing and it doesn't stack with old 6ths (as expected).

I just logged into an old acct and had two fresh 3rd year presents. They did not stack. Assuming the presents are not generated until the account is logged into, it proves that they don't...

I looked back and I could not find it, maybe I am following the wrong Guild Wars twitter account.

Seriously, don't we all expect to see this in the update notes at this point?
By the time last year we already had a complete list of the presents' contents and now we haven't seen even 1 new mini! Can really ALL the new minis COMBINED have a droprate of less than 1%?
I expected the rarity distribution of the 7th minis to be like:- Old purples - common as whites in previous year presents (~80%)
- Old golds/greens - uncommon like purples in previous presents (~15%)
- New minis - rare like golds/greens in 1-6th year presents (~5%)
but if it was true this year then we would almost certainly see at least one new mini.

So I have my one and only 7th year unopened pres. Do I wait or open now or sell it? My next pres will not be for a couple of more months. What to do...

I would hold on to it. Opening it will give you a junk mini anyway.

Hope... You hold on to the hope that Anet has screwed up, that there will be an update that "unlocks"the 7th year mini etc.

I lol'ed hard.
Remember to transfer your gift 13 times between accounts, spit 2 times behind your shoulder, take three steps backwards and do a backflip, walk under the ladder then open the gift on the account with most points in hom calculator.

Well yeah, you can always hope. But what if the present has one of those supposed rare minis in it?
